Helpp! Aqa language gcse paper 1 q5

HELP!! THE QUESTION FOR Q5 PAPER 1 WAS TO WRITE A DISAGREEMENT BUT I WROTE A DISAGREEMENT ABOUT THE PICTURE!!! MY FRIEND TOLD ME I CANT GET MORE THAN A GRADE 4 ON THAT QUESTION AS I MIGHTVE TAKEN INSPIRATION FROM THE SOURCE BUT I DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT THE SOURCE AND STARTED Q5 Straight AWAY AND I NEED HELP.
THE SOURCE:
Wife wasting water and husband is a poor farmer who gets mad at her for wasting the water then apologises after.
MY STORY:
Man is walking in a barron desert area and runs out of rations and collapses (described the picture). Then a Flashback to the disagreement with his brother at a camping site and his brother then wakes him up as he is collapsed on the floor and tried to look for him and then the guy starts walking to a forest he sees to get away from his brother. PURE WAFFLE I KNOW BUT PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF WHAT SHE SAID WAS TRUE!!

I think you might be fine, your story was about a disagreement after all! How much of the story was about the disagreement specifically?

About 3/4 paragraphs out of roughly 5/6 paragraphs. I did refer to it but I’m afraid they will think I was influenced by the source!
