Clearing - Biology

Does anybody know of unis likely to offer biology/ecology/biology with conservation through clearing? I currently have offers for biochemistry but have changed my mind, and don’t think i’ll meet my firm choice for Imperial biochem of AAA. I would say very worst case grades BBB, what universities should I expect to see in clearing? I know exams aren’t finished but due to mitigating circumstances I know my grades won’t be as high as expected. I do biology, psychology and chemistry (predicted A*A*A but won’t get it), would really appreciate some advice

Hard to predict in advance, but Unis like Swansea, Sussex, Plymouth, UEA, Bangor are possible.

Leeds over the last few years has had few courses in clearing but it changes year by year. I doubt they will be dropping grades.

A university that tends to specialize the type of course you are looking at is Exeter but it is at their Penryn campus which is miles from anywhere. Something for you to give thought to.

Its possible - but just remember that most Unis have not got time to check contextual criteria on Clearing lines and there will be only one grade set to meet, and that is usually the 'standard' offer. If you really want to have try for Leeds, then thinking about a gap year and reapplying for 5 new choices might be a sensible Plan B.
