is the 16-19 bursary the same as free school meals?

im talking about on applications for programmes and anything in the same vein when they ask if you are or have ever been eligible for free school meals, does this only refer to the 11-18 FSM programme or can i tick yes if i get the bursary? it's still a sign of underprivileged/vulnerable backgrounds is it not?

well yh if you’re eligible for FSM then click yes - if fsm is the prerequisite for fhe bursary - but a bursary by itself isnt fsm - its simply a monetary aid to students
