Issues with further funding for BSc Psychology

hello! I'd be grateful for some help with an issue I'm having with applying for student finance for an OU degree I'd like to start in September 2024.
I already have a degree from quite a few years ago, but I understand the degree I want to study is eligible for further funding (BSc Psychology and Counselling Q84). When I go through the online application process, once I add in my previous study information, I get a message that I am not eligible for further funding? Please can I get some advice about this, how do I proceed further with my application? Very grateful for any help :smile:

Hi there,

This course is considered an exception course. When you are applying are you applying as a full time or part time student?

Then you are applying correct as it is classed as a part time course. What is the message you get when you are trying to complete the application and will it not let you go any further?
