Student Finance - when will they send back my evidence?

I sent Student Finance my BRP and passport as evidence today, 6th June. I understand that they will send my BRP and passport back within 4 weeks. However I am travelling on the 2nd of July, which is 26 days from now, so 3 weeks and 5 days. Will they send my BRP and passport back before 3 weeks and 5 days?

We cannot guarantee that we would get your evidence back in that time. We would advise not sending your Identity evidence if you are expected to travel within the next 6-8 weeks during peak.

The current timescale for Identity evidence to be processed is approximately 13 working days however timescales are estimates and do change daily.
