Verifying AP scores for UCL

When I sent my AP score report to UCL, I got this reply:
"Unfortunately we are not able to accept this document because we need this document to be signed and stamped by your School or College in order to verify results. Please upload a signed and stamped copy of these results."
How do I get my school or college to do this since they usually do not do this and instead are verified through the College Board instead? Has someone encountered this problem before with AP scores? And how do 6th form colleges verify A-level results (since I have no idea how that works lol)?

email the admissions team directly about ap score verification and see what they say.
