Does anyone please know the providers that qualify for adult a levels? Student finance says i need a qualifying provider. I am an adult that wants to sit A levels but it will be funded by the advanced learner loan.

They're usually offline colleges under your local council and government bodies. See the following for example:
https://register.ofqual.gov.uk/Search?category=Organisations&status=Available%20to%20learners
I would double check the above with Student Finance though.
