I'm looking for a student to take over my tenancy at Buchanan View, Student Roost, 35 Calgary Street, Glasgow, G4 0XG.
The tenancy duration is from now until August 24, 2024. You can extend the contract with Student Roost. The rent is £120 per week, reduced from the original price of £156 per week for the 2023/24 academic year. For the next academic year, the price for this room type is £199 per week. I’m offering it at a much lower rate because I want to find a new tenant as soon as possible. The tenancy process will be handled by Student Roost, and I will transfer the reduced amount to you once we reach an agreement.
