Student fiance sponsor details
Hi was hoping someone could help. My parents sponsor details werent going through so they tried a few times and had varying issues with the website. Not my application is saying that my dads is done when my mum is the only one who completed it and i cant find my student account or application and it wont allow him in from the email either. Does anyone have any advice

Hi there,
It would be safest for your parent's to both do the PFF2 form so we can ensure we have both of their details. The form can be located here https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/support-your-child-or-partners-student-finance-application-2024-to-2025
Once it's completed please upload it online to your upload supporting evidence section. It's an estimated 32 working days for processing just now so there is a wait. The actions will still show as outstanding as we need to manually update your account.
