AA or AI Maths for IB?
Hi! I'm starting IB this year and am still stuck on whether to pick AA or AI Maths. I am fairly good at Maths but will be taking it at standard level, and just for some background, I am doing History, Geography, and English at HL. Please let me know your thoughts on both courses!
Congrats on starting IB! If you're good at Maths and enjoy theoretical concepts, go for AA SL. It's great for logical problem solving and subjects like physics or engineering. If you prefer practical applications, AI SL is ideal, especially with your HL subjects. AI emphasizes statistics and modeling, useful for social sciences.
Also, remember to balance your workload to have time for personal interests, like reading Surah Al-Waqiah for relaxation and reflection.
