will i be able to take my A levels

i just sat my last English language exam and struggled on the test and afraid i’ve possibly failed. If i fail my english language which is required for my 3 A levels what happens? will i not be able to take those subjects at all? or will i have to do my resits along with different courses at a different level. also will i eventually be let on to do my 3 a level choices if i pass my english resit? I also don't know if i will pass maths so i’m just overall unsure with how the whole process works

You never know there’s always a chance that you’d pass. But let’s say worst case scenario you fail, some colleges with allow you to do alevels whilst retaking your GCSEs but that depends on where you go and what subjects you choose. But because you said English is needed for you to do that alevel it might be a little complicated. I know people who retook their maths gcse whilst doing re, sociology and psychology for alevels at my sixth form if that helps. If that doesn’t work out you can always retake your GCSEs and then go on to do alevels.
