UCL Accom 24/25 Swap

I have a single ensuite room at St Pancras Way (weekly rent of £352.94 for 39 weeks, small double bed size) and I'm willing to swap it for a single NON-ensuite room at any of the following halls with a weekly rent below £310:
- Astor College
- Gardens Hall
- John Dodgson
- John Adams
- Ian Baker
- Connaught
Also willing to negotiate with any other halls within a 15-minute walking distance from UCL.
I visited St Pancras Way a few days ago, and it's super modern and clean. It's also at a great location relative to London: located in Camden Town, 13 mins walk to King's Cross Station and Coal Drop's Yard. My only problem is that I'm not a walking person so a 25 mins walk to UCL is personally a stretch for me. Hence I'm willing to give up my own toilet for a closer distance to the campus.

I emailed accoms saying that I need a swap due to health reasons and attached evidence for the same! They got back to me in a few days.

Hi, how did you get reallocated? Did you directly contact the accommodation department and did you have any special circumstances that would require a swap? I'm also currently in the process of trying to change accoms.

I emailed accoms making them aware of a health risk. But I believe you should now have a swap option on the UCL portal available.
