University

Hello guys,

I’m currently enrolled in a Foundation at a college, and i also wrote igcse maths higher tier this year. If i happen to get the grades for my subjects required by my university choice (CCC and 4 in igcse maths) and not get a 4 in igcse maths. Is it possible i still get accepted into university and worst case i resit my igcse as a private candidate while still going to uni?

Usually GCSE requirements are "hard" requirements, so you may be less likely to be accepted as a near miss applicant on results day. Note that if it's part of your offer and you don't meet that requirement, the university is not obligated to accept you.
