What shape area/volume equations do you need to know for Edexcel A Level maths?

I know the surface area of a sphere and area of a curved surface of a cone are in the data book, and I already know area and circumference of a circle, volume of a cube, and basic shapes like that. Are there any others we're meant to have memorized for Edexcel A Level maths?

What is your subject code? try searching its syllabus it will mention what you need to study. My subject code is 0580.

I guess you are talking about the optimisation questions in differentiation. Common ones are the ones as you mentioned, cone, sphere, cylinder, cube, cuboid, prisms. As an A-level teacher for nearly 10 years, I would think if you know the surface area and volume of these shapes off by heart, you should be fine.
