Hey there,

For French I suggest:
-this website --> https://lingua.com/ (has reading, listening, vocab, everything you could need!)
-learn vocab, I know you've probably heard it a lot but it's really crucial you know the vocab, and more specifically the 'little' words like 'nevertheless' or how to say 'no longer' as these can change the meaning of an entire sentence
-know your tenses and be confident in forming them, you should at minimum know past, present and future but be confident forming them and know the irregular verbs
-try some youtube videos to practice listening and find any french articles/blogs you can try to translate, these will be harder than your mock so the mock will hopefully seem easier
-do past papers

For maths:
-mathgenie is good for specific topics https://www.mathsgenie.co.uk/
-corbett maths has videos and questions https://corbettmaths.com/
-do past papers
-select the topics you struggle with and focus on them first, watch different youtube videos as people explain things differently so you're more likely to find someone who explains it in a way you understand

For science:
-again youtube is great, in particular https://www.youtube.com/@Freesciencelessons and https://www.youtube.com/@ScienceShorts
-Cognito is a great free site for science (if you go Incognito you can access all things if it tells you you can't go further) https://cognitoedu.org/
-try past papers again lol

For English Lit and Lang:
-The holy trinity of help are https://www.youtube.com/@mrbruff , https://www.youtube.com/@MrSallesTeachesEnglish and https://www.youtube.com/@MrEverythingEnglish
-For lit specifically, check out https://amysmithliterature.wordpress.com/gcse-english-literature/ they've got great summaries and questions and good vocab to use, if you're text is there though
-read as much as you can to get good at the question 5s in language
-for lit, know your text really well, be able to summarise the plotline and memorise around 10 generic quotes that can be used for any theme/character and maybe a handful, like 3 or 4 for each character and theme

That's all I can think of, but good luck with your revision!
