Why my friend constantly bring up her bestie?

I have a friend(we're both girls) who always bring up her bestie in conversations. Even when we first started to talk and getting our "friendship" deeper, she wouldn't leave her bestie out of our convos. It bothered me sometimes but I decided to not say anything because maybe she'll see it as a form of jealousy/envoys.
On the other hand, she did try to become my friend, and made effort to it. I just don't understand why she always makes sure to put her bestie in the spotlight.
After I instantly posted about my friends for awhile, she also started to post about her again, bestie. After she sees me liking insta feels about friendship, she also started to do so.

I dont know why she is doing that but i think you need to have an honest convo with her about it to figure out why she does that and let her know how you feel about it
