Maintenance loan

When I go to my account and check my application, where the section about the maintenance loan is it says "Up to £6,311". I thought that the amount is assessed based on income, and the maximum is higher. Is this a standard procedure or should I be worried? Also, the sections about my parent's financial details have disappeared from my account, is this normal?

This sounds normal, yes - in most cases once your application is approved you'll be awarded the correct Maintenance Loan.
