How to upgrade my phone on a three contract?

So I bought the iphone 15 pro max in November 2023 and have hated the camera it looks so fuzzy and weird when u take a picture. Is there a way I can switch to a different phone without having to pay the rest of my contract I am happy to give the phone back and start a new one because this phones camera is so bad.

You might have had a semblence of a chance if you tried to return it in the first couple of weeks, but you've had it for six months now so that's out of the window. Your best bet is trying to get it repaired/replaced under warranty, because the behaviour you're claiming the camera is exhibiting does not sound normal.

Otherwise ask Three what the early upgrade fee would be (this will be less than the remaining cost of the contract, last I checked most carriers knock somewhere in the region of a quarter to a third off) and see if selling your iPhone will cover enough of that to make paying the difference justifiable to you.

so how does an early upgrade work do I still need to pay off this phone or do they just take it back and give me the latest phone with a new contract? The image looks good until clicked ,after taking picture it will become very much grainy and distorted.

The phone is yours, your contract is only for the SIM plan. Early upgrades typically mean paying off the remaining balance of your contract, with a deduction of a certain percentage of that remaining balance in exchange for locking in for a new contract.

Are ALL of the cameras on your iphone 15 fuzzy?

Why not just take photos with the non fuzzy camera(s)?

If you're into photography in a big way, why not buy a used Nikon or Canon DSLR with a (set of) decent inexpensive lens(es)?
And use that as your main photography apparatus?
