Slice the mango horizontally, like around the seed. Then twist both sides in opposite directions, holding each half in a fist. Eat the side that has the seed like a lollypop/ice cream,, and the other seedless side with a spoon. Then twist out the now-bald seed from the other half and (this is messy and slippery) eat the fruit from the seed. The bit that’s left, eat with the spoon. << this is if they’re very soft mangoes. Large hard mangoes I prefer peeling like an apple, then slicing the flesh off with a sharp knife into cubes.
