Barhale Ltd - Assessment Centre Advice Please.

Hi, has anybody participated in an assessment centre for Barhale Ltd before? I would like to know what to expect in terms of questions and what to prepare - I have been told that I will have to present/pitch myself to a panel and a group activity followed by an interview. I applied for the Graduate Civil Engineering role. I do have a month to prepare so every piece of information I can get will help tremendously with preparation, thanks.

Sorry for the late response but the overall day was excellent. I met the directors of Barhale and other candidates for which we had all applied for different locations.
Questions for interview I was asked:
What is CDM, and why is it important?
Tell us a time you've resolved a problem?
A time where you've worked as a team?
A time where you've taken initiative?
The presentation I was asked to prepare also, I believe went rather smoothly and well recieved. I will be relieving my outcome this Friday I believe.

I had mine aswell, how many grads where there for u guys ? And how many civil grads

Just recieved outcome today and was told I have been successful.
We were told on the assessment day that there were meant to be approximately 18 candidates but, a few dropped out or couldn't attend so, on the day was just 6 including me.
We were all graduate civil engineers but had applied to different locations and either design/site based role's.
