Advanced Learning Loan

I need to complete a module as part of my conditional offer. So need tocomplete by august. The course is £500 . could I apply for an advanced learner loan? I would be going on to do a masters (which would attract full student finance as its an exception course ) and have already received full funding for BSc

Hello,

There's a good chance you might be eligible for an Advanced Learner Loan to cover the £500 cost of the RSPH Level 4 Award in Nutrition course. Here's why:

Eligibility: Advanced Learner Loans are for short, focused courses like this one, taken after a full undergraduate degree (like your BSc).

Course Qualification: The course you linked (https://www.carein.training/copy-of-distance-learning-l4) leads to an RSPH Level 4 qualification, which is recognized for Advanced Learner Loans.

However, to be completely certain, it's best to check directly with the government's student finance website:

Visit the official site: https://www.gov.uk/healthinsurancemarket/student-finance-register-login
Use their checker tool to see if your specific course qualifies.

Contact the course provider, Care in Training, to confirm if they are an approved Advanced Learner Loan provider.
Apply for the loan well in advance (before August) to ensure you have the funds when needed.

Even though your Masters will be funded, the Advanced Learner Loan can still be helpful for this additional qualification.

I hope the information may helps you.
