Mozillion scammed me

Hi guys, I just bought a new iPhone 14 Pro space black on a website called Mozillion and it was supposed to arrive this week it turns out it did not pass the 90% condition rate for the seller and I was so ****ed off. all I needed atm is a new iPhone and now I think I got scammed.

they said they were going to refund me within the next 2 to 3 working days but I sent them an email saying I would like my money today or tomorrow it cost me £579 are there actual phone sites that are trusted and reliable that you guys can recommend me?
No matter what it usually takes 2-5 (sometimes 3-7) working days for refunds to come through from online vendors due to how banks process these refunds. They can't make it instantly appear in your bank account. Of course that doesn't mean the website isn't a scam, but it also doesn't mean it is just because they've advised you it will take a standard number of working days for a refund to come through to you.

Also just because a refund takes a while after that date range doesn't always mean it's a scam (although can indicate that). I've had issues with e.g. John Lewis taking weeks to process a refund due to issues on their end, and they're definitely a legitimate business!

I'm not seeing any justification for you to label them scammers at this stage - refunds aren't instant and its the weekend.
As above, that's a normal time for a refund; stamping your feet won't make it happen any quicker as it involved banks and not just the company.

Why do you need a new iPhone, anyway? I buy refurbished from Cex or Amazon.

If people didn't buy new ones you couldn't buy them used.
