having doubt about doing a placement year

hi everyone
i have a question and if someone could give and answer i would really appreciate it.
i have a bachelor degree in electrical engineering and i have a shallow experience of coding in general for instance in python or c language. now i want to change my major to computer science for my master and i want to immigrate to England for that and i want to enter one of the England universities, the problem is that the universities of England have a plan called placement and i don't know if i have to go for this plan or not. some of my friends are saying that finding a job in England for a computer scientist is hard and since i don't have a my experience of working in a job here in my country i don't really that only one year of master is enough for me to find a job there or should i go with the placement plan. and one more thing that's really messing with my mind is that if forget about the placement plan i can enter a university with a better ranking and i don't really know that how much i should be considering the ranking of the universities. the universities that I'm talking about is Aston in Birmingham and university of Brighton. what should do?

You don't need to have done a placement year to study a masters here. It's more for when you actually want to apply for gradaute jobs etc.

What you do need is a good grade in your first degree.

No need to be rude; it would have been easier to find your actual question if wrote your original post coherently.

Apart from a few companies in a few industries, employers aren't that fussed about where you got your degree from. Having a placement year would boost your employability as you would have more to put on your CV with that much-needed experience in a competitive sector such as computer science. Aston is respected by employers, so you wouldn't go wrong by going there.

Other than Oxford, Cambridge or Imperial, which are targeted by employers for student & learning reputation, not for ranking, the only other universities that you should consider are UCL and KCL and only if you intend to work outside the UK. Both have a good reputation outside the UK.

Other than the above don't even bother with rankings. As mesub said a placement year would definitely enhance your employment prospects and sometimes lead to an offer of employment within that company. So pick the university and course that best fits your needs. There are lots that do CS conversion courses.
