GCSE exams cheating

There is this girl in my year and every GCSE exam, she leaves to go to the toilet several times and I think she is cheating using her phone which could be concealed under her clothes.
I dont have enough evidence to tell the invigilators that shes cheating but shes quite notorious in my school for cheating in past exams on her phone.
I heard that sometimes canidates like this gets marked off and get disqualified on results day, is this true because It is really unfair and stupid icl to cheat that way

If you know her number then get someone to call her during the next exam. She might have her phone on silent but if she has to resort to cheating then she's probably not very bright and hasn't thought of that
