yess depends on what uni though, some look at ucas points so those are your best shot

I am an international student and my UCas points are not that high that would meet up with maximum universities. Are there any short online courses that can help me lift my UCas points. Kindly let me know

No - you can't just 'top up' points with online Moocs.
You would have to take extra formal qualifications.
