Who do I contact to let the uni know I’m trans?

I’ve accepted my offer to Birmingham, and I’m not sure who to contact to let the university/staff know that I’m transgender & to double check they know what name I go by. I feel like that’s something you’re expected to make staff aware of ahead of time so they know your pronouns and everything, but I can’t find any clear advice on how to do that. (Before anyone says they’ll see if I put that I’m trans on my UCAS application, I wasn’t allowed to do that as I have unsupportive parents ://) Any help is appreciated 👍

Also I realise it might not be necessary at all and teachers might just ask when you get there, but I don’t want to assume that’s what you’re meant to do since again there’s no clear advice

I'm trans too and I have put it in my UCAS. When emailing the department to arrange for Q&A sessions and departmental visits, I started signing off with: Deadname (Preferred name: Realname) and the replies and any subsequent emails were titled with my real name.
