It will take 3 years minimum to be qualified regardless of how many exemptions you have.
Liverpool does offer 12/15 accreditations.
The 450 days of work experience at an ICAEW-authorised training employer is a fixed criteria for completing your ACA. If you want to become a chartered accountant in 2 years or less after you graduate, your best bet is a PWC Flying Starts degree. This is because*
You also received 12/15 accreditations.*
You have 3 smaller placements totaling around 56 weeks of experience, which counts towards the 450 days of work experience as it is with PWC.*
If you graduate with a 2.1 or better, you are guaranteed a job with PWC.*
You benefit from the experienced staff at PWC for the final three exams and their own support network.*

Flying Start Degree Apprentiships typically allow you to achieve Chartered Status a year after graduation. However, if you find summer work in an accounting firm prior to university or during the summer of your first year, it's possible to achieve chartered status faster.*

Uni’s that offer a PWC flying starts course*
•Manchester*
•Newcastle*
•Nottingham
•Reading
•QML
