Obsession for feet

I have a massive foot fetish. It’s to the point where feet is the threshold for if she is worth pursuing or not; much less sex in general.

It sounds quite shallow but I can’t shake the feeling. I often have wet dreams about feet and it’s ruining my interpersonal relationships.

I have spoken to a sex therapist due to a fetishistic disorder but that didn’t help much. I practice semen retention and try various other ways to alter my way of thinking but nothing seems to help. Is there a way to reduce the impact this has on me?
