Polish speakers (I need your help for my Polish friend)

One of my closest friends is Polish, her heart is still there, and she has always felt very torn between here (the UK) and Poland.
I wanted to do something really nice for her birthday this year, as she is coming out of a tough time.
I was considering getting a necklace engraved with a word like ‘strength’ or ‘strong’ as she sometimes need a reminder that she is strong herself.
I thought it would be really sweet if this was in Polish not English, but if I’m going to do that I really want to get the translation right, and of course I can’t ask her as it would ruin the surprise.
Any help would be appreciated! Or if you know of a word thats similar but would translate better?
