it will still show on ur DBS but this doesn't mean ur employer won't hire you, it's up to them due to safeguarding

Seems very unfair that someone could do this to anyone else. Just make a call and give someone a lot of problems. When I get my enhanced dbs can I apply to someone to have this allegation removed?
