So I ask for help and they agreed to submit. But they forgot to submit one presentation and they have submit 3 of 4. And my classes already started and the deadline is over now..and I got my results and I got failed on the presentation that wasn't submit. And they want me to do part time on the module I fail but I did not fail my academic team forgot to submit.. my presentation.. but I got the presentation done and I even present it aswell.

Hi @Petadenis
From what you say here, it sounds like you did all you could have possibly done to make sure the work is submitted on time. Why don't you try to contact the academic team and explain the situation again?
For future assignments, I would advise you to submit all the work yourself, that way you can be 100% sure everything is submitted on time. You should usually get a submission receipt as well, so you have clear evidence that the work is submitted. I wonder, did you get a submission receipt for the presentation in question?
Hope this helps!

Hi. I did.got email for the receipt. But did not get the one that the academic team forgot to upload. One is my fault as well for not checking properly but. I trusted them that they will do.it properly. Now I have to appeal for it.
