I have combination skin and am acne prone. I'm 20 years old male. I am on antibiotics lymecycline for my acne. I use a cleanser moisturiser and SPF currently but I wanna add something to give me glass like skin and get rid of the acne marks and colour left by the acne.

Weekly rice water masks are really good for acne scars, you can make them at home or buy a pot of it which will last you ages. Also try looking into serums to add before moisturiser and spf, I know 47 skin does a good acne serum that helps get rid of scars.
For acne issues, you can use CeraVe face wash, moisturiser and a retinol oil only if these suit your skin. I used it once and I was quite impressed with the effect of those products.
I have read that gamma-aminobutyric acid usually referred to as "GABA" is very good for skin. I am not recommending it as I wouldn't but would be worth looking into . I will post the medical study which shows the affect on skin below and you can read make your own determination. As I say I would never rush into anything but might be good.

I also got put on lymecycline and recently my dermatologist essentially told me that if I wanted a 'quick fix' for visible results that would take like 2+ years of products the best way to clear hyperpigmentation was to get a chemical face peel. I literally just had a consultation for it today and it went so well and genuinely seems like the answer! You an watch videos of people's results online but generally it's a good way to completely reset the skin - though you will have to deal with skin peeling for like 2-7 days and you can't really go in the sun so depends if you have time for that this summer. You should probably also be aware of the price as it can vary from £71 for 1 treatment to £200; it depends on the type (though usually there are discounts if you have more than one)
