Sponsor 2 wrong details

Hello. I am reapplying for student finance and I have come up with an issue. My second sponsor can't submit my evidence as it says that the details that the sponsor 2's personal details don't match what the student provided in their application. We tried submitting it by filling out a pff2 form but we don't know where we can submit it as the sponsor can't even start the application to submit it. Any help please

I did submit it there and they said they still needed my sponsor 2's details. And that more evidence is required

I submitted the form on the 18th may. So I should get a response on the 28th of July?
