Sponsor 2 error
Morning
My wife is sponsor 2 for my son - he has applied for 2nd year finance. On her a/c it says everything is ok but on his a/c it says 'awaiting sponsor 2 details'. I know she has sent everything in that she needs to. Is this part of the process that will be ironed out or does my wife need to do anythiing else? The message hasn't changed for several weeks now.

Hi there, was it the PFF2 form she had sent us or did she submit her details via her online account? And when was this? Thanks, Jason

through her online a/c - about 6 to 8 weeks ago. Thanks Jason

Hi Ashhead,
It would seem that her details have not been successfully received, she may want to start a live chat with us on her account so that we can check this for her, or to check her correspondence to see if there was a problem with the details submitted. Alternatively, she can complete a PFF2 form to support the application again and upload the form to ensure we have received her details.
