Retake your A levels.
With grades like that, coping with Uni at any level is going to be struggle.

A foundation year are for those who haven't quite met the entry requirements for a course, this will get you to the level needed for year 1 of a degree. It may be a option for you to consider

I did a foundation year. It's honestly not bad doing it. Depending where you go you might be mixed with other people doing foundation years. If you do it. you're also more likely to be ahead of people going into first year in 2025.

Is there a chance at getting one with ceu

It is unlikely you will get into many foundation years with 2 low grade A levels and those that will take you will be lower grade ones. Be aware if you take a foundation year you need to do your degree there as most universities dont accept others foundation year students. You would probably be better off resitting A levels to get better grades which will give you more options.

Depends on how many points it requires.

Depending on how many UCAS points are required for the course. I didn't even meet the required amount and still got in.
