anyone else just get invited to the final selection board? I got one for monday next week. The email they sent has guidance attached but the link is broken ??

I got an invite to the final selection board. Can anyone tell me what questions they got if they already did the interview? Much appreciated.

Yea same, how were the strength-based questions and the phone interviews guys ?

the questions they asked me were all pretty standard like ‘tell me about a time’ questions, nothing unexpected from reading the guide they sent. it wasn’t very conversational though since the interviewer was reading off a script so there was no way to gauge how well i did. also they said that we won’t find out if we were successful until february or march!
