Had an email today. Apparently they're still working through the interviews and people will find out in the coming weeks.

Got this on Friday guess everyone else did aswell.

We are continuing to score interviews for the above role and intend to have this completed by the end of next week. At that point we will be able to release outcomes and feedback. Please continue to monitor your email inboxes and spam folders for updates.
Thank you for your patience.

They don’t appear to be in any rush to let us know! Hopefully find out something this week.

Just had an update... on the reserve list.
Does anybody know what the maximum strengths total score would have been and what the minimum to be put on the reserve list would be?

I scored 8, and I'm on reserve list. I think 12 is the highest and 8 is the minimum. What did you score?

Yeah, I scored 8 as well. I'm just trying to remember if they asked 3 questions or 4. I know strengths are scored 1-4 and you need to score a minimum of 2 on each question to be eligible, so if it was 4 questions then I won't be holding my breath to be selected from the reserve list!

I think it was even 6 questions but 2 weren't marked. I can't really remember tbh

Well I emailed and I am positioned 123 from 234 candidates on the reserve list, so safe to say I can forget about this one😅

I sent an email to [email protected] asking my place on the reserve list and got a response in 10 minutes.

For a recruitment drive of 280 posts for an interview two months ago then I'm assuming there'll be plenty of rejections that lead to them plucking out of the reserve list, so if you're high up then it's likely I'd imagine.

Do let us know!

I find it odd that this was a recruitment drive for 280 posts and there's such few posts about it here.

Maybe because it's only Liverpool, which leads me the question how they plan to get 280 people into a job without it being carnage.

I've also read that they just put everyone on the reserve list for big recruitment drives and work through it in cohorts, but I don't know it that'll be the case with them not needing to split locations.

Because you scored 11 and you’re 17th on the reserve list or another reason? If it is 280 posts then I think you can be optimistic from that position tbh.
