How long did it take you to get the results ?

I've not done mine yet but they're meant to get back to each person within 3 to 4 weeks.

I did my pre recorded interview. Mixed feelings. You really do not get enough time.

I did mine me too, it’s around 15 seconds since the moment they ask the questions, I answered all of them but I was a little nervous didn’t know what to expect but it’s done now, my questions were all in the Glassdoor website but random ones but they where really helpful.

Same. My questions were all from Glassdoor. Besides answering the question, what sort of examples did you give? And were you able to get out full answers. Also, I was a little nervous too with my responses. What did you talk about for the question: how do you spend your free time?

I gave examples about my previous role and tried to answer using the star method, the free time question I spoke about my activities and things I like to do outside work, like going gym, going cinema , full answers was a little bit difficult because we only had two minutes to answer but I did my best, it was my first video recording interview, I prefer face to face it’s easier, but it was a new experience, I know now it’s a panel that will evaluate our interviews I’m not sure about the criteria, but I tried my best, fingers crossed hopefully they won’t take too long to tell us our results

Yup. I reckon we're going to be waiting 2 months minimum ... argh. If we find out we're going to be offered a role, it would be so good because then all one has to think about is DBS etc.

I think roughly 3 to 4 weeks for the interview results and they will probably will start offering roles and you’re right the eligibility requirements probably will take a few more weeks, I think around beginning of December everyone will know if they get a role offer or if they will be out in reserve list for 12 months

Yup. 3 to 4 weeks is probably more likely. Because we are talking about near Christmas period, it's possible there may be some delays unless they wish to get things sorted before Christmas and do so quickly because leaving for after Christmas would be pretty bad. Are you applying to any other job roles? I wish there were more roles out there that were large campaigns (200+ campaigns).

I’ve been trying to look for civil service roles but unfortunately no large campaigns, I saw a role in Croydon but that’s too far for me, I live in East London.
I hope is before Christmas too, but I saw some really long waiting times for previous campaigns, but pretty mix to be honest, some people they wait months for an offer and others they have the full process done in one month, I would assume they need as soon as possible specially because they still need to give 6 weeks training and for 250 vacancies (assuming it’s all for Stratford), I really hope within a month they will start making offers and in a few weeks we will have the results, but I reckon it will be very competitive

Does any one know what’s the passing mark for this interview pls ? And the first question which is not marked I never answered it properly . Im thinking will they consider that one as well and mark rest of the answers ?

First question is just to measure what your baseline is. Pass mark is 2/4 for each question.

What was your first question? I think mine was what do you do outside of work after why HMRC. They mostly use these questions to get an idea of how you normally speak you're meant to answer them though and they're human so if you showed you have a personality then even better ..

I am not, still going through checks. I am not available until 2025 but I can update when I start if you'd like to know.
