Newcastle/Northumrbia uni tenancy takeover

Hi ,
I'm looking for someone to take over my friend's tenancy at our 3 bedroom house. It's in Sandyford so is around 15 mins from the City Centre. It's a lovely house and is contracted under Student Cribs. Overall It's about £138 /week. This would be a full tenancy takeover from July 4th 2024 --> July 1st 2025.
You'd be sharing with myself and my other friend. We're both going into second year at Newcastle Uni but anyone is welcome to join us!
