Exam re-takes

I’m in my fourth and final year of my integrated masters nursing degree. Due to personal circumstances and events that have occurred, since January, I have had 2 non-submissions for 2 separate modules, and my dissertation is due this week, and I am certain I will fail this too.

I have applied for special considerations for all of these modules, and I was wondering if I will have the opportunity to retake these 3 modules in the supplementary period over the summer?
Because that’s technically 3 failed modules in my final year, will I still be given the chance for a second attempt in all of these, or will my course be terminated? I’m unsure of how many modules you can retake per year.

Im sorry to hear about this situation.

I would recommend getting into contact with your Personal Tutor and Academics to discuss what supplementary options are available for you. I would like to assume there is a period of catch up available for students that resit exams, but it's best to confirm this with the staff at your University, as the policies for each University is different.

It's definitely in your best interest to reach out to academic staff, so they can let you know of what next steps to take and whether any support can best meet your needs at the moment.
