Hi there,
I am an student ambassador currently studying in Coventry university, as per your offer letter situation I believe you must have been made an unconditional offer letter first then you’re supposed to pay any amount towards your fee.
If that has happened and you’re waiting on a conditional offer and then a CAS the wait is usually 3-4weeks though it has been experienced by some students to be a bit longer this semester.
As you have already waited for 2 months I would recommend to email the admissions teams as soon as possible on [email protected]
Or you can try calling them as well +44 (0)24 7765 2222.
For CAS delays make sure you have submitted all necessary information from your side, for that I would also recommend checking your emails inbox including spam emails.
Lastly, make sure you’ve cleared your CAS interview and there are no issues with that as only after that is passed CAS letter is issued.
I hope I have cleared some things and my information is relevant and helpful to you.
Wishing you all the best for your admissions.
Kind regards,
Harleen.

Yes, I was given a conditional offer in which I fulfilled all conditions but after that everytime I call admissions they just say my documents are in review but it's been over 2 months and I'm really worried that I won't have time to apply for my visa . But thank you for your reply

Hi there,
That’s great that you have gotten in contact with them! If there is a delay from the university’s end then they will make sure that you have enough time to either apply for the visa for the same intake or they would defer your application to the next intake.
The situation can be either/or but if you get your CAS soon which I expect you will hopefully then you can always apply for a fast track visa if you do wish to continue on the same intake.
As I have seen similar cases where students can enrol a bit late into their course if they’re late due to CAS delays.
Don’t worry about it!,
Kind regards,
Harleen.
