rice toners are known to help brighten ur skin slightly. Its hard to tell if its safe for u to use

would u say its the best toner I want a glow and glass like skin I moisturise cleanse and wear spf and need something extra to make my skin more glowy

I think it's sort of hard to say if its the best toner but i've pretty much only heard good things abt it. Remeber keeping ur skin hydrated is important for glass skin as well so hydraulic acid acid ect
