I have the 3 month holiday next week for after GCSEs and I want to go to sixth form tanked out. As well as going gym, I want to do stuff at home. What can I do to work on upper body strength and biceps apart from pushups, pullups etc. How can I make makeshift weights at home as well?

It is a plan to get ripped by the time i go to sixth form. It is for personal satisfaction
