I had a horrible admission experience with this university. They kept advertising about the distance option but turned out the supervisors would never want to accept any students opting for the distance option i.e., I'm serious, nobody wants you. Don't waste your time reaching out to those potential advisors as the moment you say you want to do distance part-time, they will not reply to you.
