Why should we hire you?
How would you go about solving this problem? (and they present a problem)
I do not know what an IT tech needs to know, but they could ask specifics on how to enable and configure DNS servers (you may need to check the job description to see if you need to know that)
They might ask about what tools or languages you have used before

Thanks brother, I have memorised tell me about yourself, why do you want to work for us, what do you expect to do in a technical support role on a daily basis, why do you want to work in technical support, how to deal with an irate caller or customer and how would I deal with a customer that’s calls up for assistance on a product I have no knowledge on. The person who has knowledge to the product is not available and the customer needs an answer urgently.
