Advanced learner loan confusion

Hi, does anyone know if I could apply for a advanced learner loan to study ,a Psychology, social science and wellbeing Access module at The Open University.
My partner earns over the threshold so I'm not eligible to get it for free. The course is £909.00. The site doesn't mention this loan .
If I am entitled to it, then went on to do a certificate in higher education in families and children again at the Open university, and completed it, would the loan be written off ?
