oh i see. i know not everyone can do this and its not an at home solution but if you can try seeing a dental hygienist for a teeth cleaning. theyll remove dental plaque, tartar and staining.
then after be more diligent with their care. try drinking tea with a straw or swishing water around your mouth after you eat and have drinks that may stain your teeth
also sometimes its just genetics and slightly stained teeth isnt a bigdeal/noticeable.

Maybe whitening strips? Or ask the dentist for advice. Sometimes they will give your teeth a "scale and polish".

Just remembered you can mix some turmeric with water, make it into a thick paste and leave on your visible teeth for 15mins. Wash it off, brush your teeth and apparently it can give a whiter appearance. It might not work for you but it's an idea. Just be careful as turmeric will stain anything like clothes/towels, sometimes it's hard to get it off plastic.

No lol, so I tried it and yeah, when you wash it off, the bits between your teeth and your gums are a bit yellow but once you brush your teeth it actually looks better.

Whitening strips find the highest level of the peroxide content. Avoid smoking, wine, coffee if you do those make sure to swish with water and brush teeth as these stain more than regular stuff. You can go to the dentist and ask for a professional clean that immediately whitens your teeth significantly but I think it's pretty expensive and then you aren't supposed to eat or drink for like 24 hours though. Make sure to use a good whitening toothpaste like a charcoal based by Crest.

yeahh whitening strips apparently work a charm but because of that and due to the peroxide levels they aren't available in the uk, that's why when going to find them (the Crest 3D ones btw) they're all in dollars. But to buy them apparently something else comes (based off reviews) because it's illegal to import them... the private sector dentists don't want us to get hands on them smh.

Whitening strips from boots, the boots own ones. I smoke, drink red wine/coffee/tea and have generally *****y teeth staining habits but still get comments on how white my teeth are because I use the whitening strips. Also floss every day
