By "predict", do you mean predicted grades or grades that you think you got after doing the exams?
My predicted grades were quite varied for my subjects but I exceeded/met most of them. For quite a few of my GCSES I thought I did badly, especially for History and Sciences because I knew that I got many questions wrong. I got mostly top grades for my GCSES though despite my worries.
However this won't be true for everyone because personally I always overthink everything, so that would have contributed to the low expectations I have of myself

Like for predicting according to your own expectations. Im also an intense over thinker and i think every exam has gone badly because i just deep 3-4 questions i realise i got wrong- even if half my method was right for calculations- and dont account for the answers that went well and match up. For English alot of my essays lacked a solid conclusion which worried me and history some responses felt inaccurate or rambly so im worried how examiners will mark them. I just hope to be pleasantly surprised on results day, thanks for your response!
