Dentistry maths gcse

I recently took my gcse for maths and did terrible. I believe I will only get a 6, all my other grades consist of 7 and 8 however. Will this ruin my chance of getting into dentistry?

Absolutely not. I’m facing the same issue, I think I’ve done really well in paper 1 and 3 but flopped paper 2 (I mean 25 and below) so badly because I had a migraine. Therefore I believe I will get a 6/7. Personally for me I will retake it in November. But as far as I know you absolutely definitely can get into dentistry with a 6 in maths. However some dental schools like Bristol require a 7 in maths, others like KCL require a 6. So overall if the rest of your GCSEs are good enough then you certainly can! Also you can always retake maths to get a higher grade to increase your chances, I’m pretty sure most unis accept resits.
