What do I need to change my living circumstance after my application was approved?

Hello!
At the time when I submitted my SFE application I was going to remain living at home. However my living circumstance has changed and I am now going to be moving out. The application has already been approved.
I have just updated my application by changing where I'll be residing during term time. It didn't ask me for the address of the place and I can't edit the application till that gets approved. What else will I be required to do? CO1 form? Any evidence to show I will be moving out?
